Turkish Clients Praise SMTCL’s Smart Manufacturing, Deepening China-Turkey Machinery Collaboration

Recently, a delegation from a renowned Turkish enterprise that has repeatedly purchased products from SMTCL (Shenyang Machine Tool Group) visited China to tour SMTCL’s smart factory, gaining firsthand insight into its intelligent manufacturing technologies and full-industry-chain service capabilities. This visit not only reinforced the long-term partnership between the two parties but also showcased the core competitiveness of "Chinese Smart Manufacturing" in the global high-end equipment sector through an immersive factory experience.  

From Equipment Procurement to Strategic Trust: A Solid Foundation for Collaboration
The Turkish client has collaborated with SMTCL since 2018, purchasing multiple batches of CNC machine tools for automotive parts manufacturing and heavy industries. A client representative stated: “The stability and cost-effectiveness of SMTCL’s equipment have far exceeded expectations, especially in precision machining, which is key to our decision to deepen cooperation.”

During the factory visit, the delegation observed SMTCL’s fully digitalized production processes:

Innovation in Action: Flexible manufacturing systems and five-axis CNC machine tools demonstrated SMTCL’s ability to meet Turkey’s high-precision machining demands in automotive and energy sectors.  
Green Manufacturing: Energy consumption monitoring and low-carbon processes have reduced factory energy use per unit output by 30%, aligning with Turkey’s sustainability goals.

Future Vision: Building a "Belt and Road" Industrial Chain
Following the visit, both parties signed new orders worth $12 million for high-end CNC machine tools and customized production lines. SMTCL plans to expand local investments in Turkey, including a joint R&D center and regional training base, to accelerate Turkey’s industrial modernization.
