- Ball screw adopts integral internal circulation screw with diagonal contact ball bearing to support and pretighten.Guide rail, screw, etc. adopt centralized automatic lubrication, with flexible movement, reduce thermal deformation, precision stability characteristics.
- The electric four-position knife rest adopts precise tooth disk positioning, with high repeatability positioning accuracy.
- Tailstock with fast CAM clamping device, high working efficiency.The tailstock sleeve has a device to prevent the bit from rotating, which can avoid the damage to the taper of the hole in the tailstock sleeve caused by the rotation of the bit by misoperation, and effectively protect the tailstock components.
